This happened to us, my wife Vicky Mac and me, Doc Mac.

We went on a mission to reverse not only our weight gain but the other symptoms that went along with age, weight gain, and diminished hormones.

We researched and practiced what we learned on ourselves.

It took years but we found

  • 3 different sets of hormones that needed to be optimized.
  • 3 different lifestyle diets we needed to use
  • 3 different body systems we needed to optimize

We organized what we had done into a protocol that we shared with our friends.

We call it The HOPE Protocol.

As our personal success and our friends’ successes grew…

We started to share with patients in our medical clinic.

We eventually opened 7 medical clinics that untilized The HOPE Protocol to optimize hormones and weight.

After ten years, we decided to retire from practice and take our protocol everywhere and to everyone.

(At the time our license allowed us to only practice in California)

We now weekly coach hundreds of women and men around the country and even other countries.

We teach them how we and our clients achieved

  • the bodies,
  • a great night’s sleep,
  • improved energy levels
  • and the drives of our youth.
