menopause hot flashesHave you found that no matter what you do…

Those pesky hot flashes just won’t go away?

Then on top of the flashes…

You form small ponds while you sleep.

Most of our clients have reported that while they are in Phase of…

The HOPE Protocol…

Their Hot Flashes and night sweats dissipate.

But!

Sometimes they become as stubborn as menopausal weight.

We have found that an herb can help at this point.

The herb’s name is…

Black Cohosh

Most of our clients have seen a dramatic improvement in the well known menopausal symptoms of hot flashes and night sweats.

If not…

We recommend for them to look into an herb called Black Cohosh.

Black Cohosh is found throughout North America.

Take a look at the documented benefits of Black Cohosh and see if this herb may help you.

1. Hot Flashes – numerous studies have verified Black Cohosh effect on hot flashes. it has been found that it regularly reduces the number and the severity of hot flashes. It has also been shown to help with women who have hot flashes caused by breast cancer treatment.
2. Sleeping Problems – As you already know, sleep is important to have balanced hormones. Black Cohosh has been shown to effectively improve sleep in menopausal women. Remember from earlier classes that 7 to 8 hours of sleep are needed and sleeping between 10 pm and 2 am is important to your hormone production.

Recommended dosage varies.

I would start with a low dose such as 80 mg and if there are no side effects…

Then I would titrate slowly up to 160 mg until I achieved my desired results.

The only side effects that I know of is intestinal reactions such as bloating and cramping.

If I have any side effect from any supplement.

I simply stop taking the supplement.

I also suggest that you consult your primary care physician about consuming Black Cohosh or any other supplement.

You should not take black cohosh while you are pregnant or nursing.

The recommended brand can be purchased from Amazon.
